Where's the beach? You can walk right from your room, across our soft sandy beach and into the sea to wade, swim or otherwise enjoy the water. Power supply: No power adapter is needed to plug in shavers and other electrical items brought from the U.S. Exchange rate: Generally, there are two Belize dollars to one U.S. dollar Local transportation: If you prefer not to walk or bike, we can arrange a covered golf cart rental for you. This is a popular mode of transportation on the island. Carts are available for rent at the hotel. If you prefer a taxi, just ask at the bar, or in the office for taxi service. Airport transfers: Our room rates and packages include round trip taxi transfer from San Pedro airstrip to Mata Rocks Resort. Local flights from Belize International Airport to San Pedro can be made by our reservation office for you with your hotel booking for your Mata Rocks room or suite.
Children:
Children are certainly welcome at Mata Rocks, and children under 12
are free when sharing a room with their parents. Children and teen guests
